Still, feeling lonely

Still, feeling lonely.
Just completed some updates and added two new pages to my newest mortgage calculator site. Feeling good, it was boring work that had to get done.
Lately I have also added a new page to my construction loans web site, on which I also made some minor changes in the keyword prominence and proximity.
Why am I talking about the web sites as oppose to the actual subjects of real estate mortgages or construction loans?
Because right now I have no readers and need to somehow keep writing about the subjects so that people searching will actually find me. it is easier to talk about what I've done than guess at the mortgage or construction related questions that people may ask.

If only there were a way...

Well, if only there were a way to figure out what my visitors would like to read...
The problem, or the challenge, is the fact that I am not going to get visitors unless if I start blogging. Having said that, I think I'll start by stating what I am capable of.
Having worked as a mortgage broker for some 20 years there is little that I don't know about home mortgage, construction loans or the usefulness of a mortgage calculator.
I own a mortgage company, employing some 15 mortgage originators, three of whom specialize in construction loans. Construction loans are marketed through the Internet via a we site that I created in the year 2000. Whereas purchase money and refinance mortgages are originated through direct sales.
recently I launched a new website, that features a large mortgage calculator set. This new site will be expanded to become the largest and most comprehensive mortgage calculator site on the Internet.
The construction loans site is currently being redesigned, and I can't wait to get project finished and up.
I do have a third small site which is an on going project as it a construction loans "frequently asked questions site, simply called construction loans faq.

Here is my first post

Here is my first post. At last, it took forever to be done with the set up.
I am hoping to turn this into a useful resources discussing issues related to home mortgage loans, construction loans and credit.
Having designed three websites over the last five years or so, and marketing construction loans over the Internet has tuned me into a believer in the Internet. This web log is an extension of that belief, and as such I truly hope that I can get this blog listed and positioned well enough to attract readers who will find it useful.
Mortgage loans, and in particular construction loans are my passion. Helping people get the best possible terms is something that I find very satisfying.
Looking forward to many posts in the near future...
